Think that this pretty standard and great hotel is beyond compare, liked it. The property is spotlessly clean and has professional staff. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to.

The room was brand-new and extremely spacious, I appreciated it. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean.

Every time we stay in San Jose, like to stay here. This is a brand-new spotless hotel providing reasonably spacious rooms. Kind staff, they know their business.

Best aspects

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well organized, making it easy to feel at home. The staff provided friendly and efficient service, and were always helpful. the location was superb, offering a great view of remarkable sunsets.

There were some cleanliness issues throughout the hotel, such as dirt particles on furniture and hair in the shower. Another negative aspect was the lack of a window in our room, which made it feel stuffy.

This hotel is a gem! Its proximity to the international airport is very convenient, with a free shuttle that runs regularly. The smart TV and big shower in the spacious, modern rooms are great perks. The bar serves fantastic cocktails, and there are food trucks and a convenience store right next door.

Some staff members were a bit confused, which can make check-in/out procedures take longer than necessary.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The check-in/out procedure took longer than expected due to insufficient staff during peak hours.

Not only is it just a short drive away, but there are also plenty of dining options nearby. You can choose from food trucks in the immediate precinct, Starbucks coffee shop, or even a small supermarket for a quick meal. Plus, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty.

There may be some inconvenience with the shuttle service as it only arrives every two hours, and taxis can be quite expensive, around $20, to get to the hotel.

I loved this hotel! The location close to the airport was very convenient and the transportation shuttle was efficient. The hotel facilities were modern and attractive. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sunset. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, being so close to the international airport made my travel experience so much easier. And to top it off, they provide a free airport shuttle! The convenience factor was definitely a highlight for me.

I recommend this hotel to all.
